Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Adcelebs (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website. It applies to visitors in United Arab Emirates and everywhere else. By using Adcelebs, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. It is effective from 26 October 2025.
1. About Our Website
Adcelebs is an informational and product-discovery website. We do not sell goods or services, do not operate a shopping cart or checkout, and do not collect payment, card or banking information. We do not require account registration to browse.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only limited information, in two ways.
Information you provide: if you contact us through our form or by email, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically: when you visit, our servers and third-party partners may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, time spent, approximate location (city or country level) and cookie or advertising identifiers.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain and secure our website.
- To respond to your messages and requests.
- To understand how visitors use our pages and improve design and content.
- To display advertising, including measuring ad performance and limiting repeats.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, invalid traffic and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, local storage and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the website may then work less smoothly.
5. Advertising: Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager
We use Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager to display ads. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing. Google may also use the DoubleClick cookie for this purpose.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
- Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- You may opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
- Non-personalised ads may still be shown, using contextual information and not your past behaviour.
Where required by law, in particular in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent management platform to obtain your consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links, advertisements or embedded content from third parties. These parties have their own privacy policies and practices, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit after leaving ours.
7. Legal Bases and Applicable Law
We process information in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and applicable cybercrime laws. Depending on where you are, our legal bases include your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and funding a free website, and compliance with legal obligations.
8. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We may share limited information with: (a) advertising partners such as Google, for serving and measuring ads; (b) hosting, security and analytics providers who work on our behalf; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) a successor if our website is transferred. All service providers are expected to protect information appropriately.
9. Your Rights
Subject to the laws of United Arab Emirates, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data
- request correction or erasure
- restrict or object to processing
- data portability
To exercise any of these rights, email support@adcelebs.in. We may verify your identity first and will respond within the time required by law. If you are unsatisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
10. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, security and accounting needs. Contact messages are generally kept for no longer than necessary to resolve your request. Cookie lifetimes depend on the provider and your browser settings.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as secure hosting and restricted access, to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Transfers
Our service providers, including Google, may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
13. Children’s Privacy
Adcelebs is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please email us and we will delete it.
14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. As there is no uniform standard, we do not currently respond to these signals, but you may manage cookies and ad settings as described above.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
